INSTITUTIONAL QUALITY AND ACCREDITATION
TAEU is institutionally accredited by the National Association of Alternative Military Schools and Colleges (naamsc.org).
TAEU is authorized to graduate students from degree programs and transfer college credit to employers and other institutions.
UNIVERSITY STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION
HOW TAEU IS OPERATED
Remote, Distance Learning
TAEU offers courses via distance learning that do not require students to gather physically in groups.
Short Courses
TAEU offers “short courses” that requires no more than 20 contact hours in one six-month period.
In-Person Collaboration
TAEU requires students to physically meet in-person for instructional purposes twice per term.
Military and Civilian Friendly
Enrollment at TAEU is available to active and reserve military personnel, dependents, and retired, and civilians employees.
Local Faculty and Staff
TAEU has academic administrative personnel residing in Colorado and are on standby online for students on duty and deployment.
No Title IV Funding
TAEU is a DoD institution not authorized to receive Title IV funds. TAEU provides other forms of financial assistance to minimize the costs of education.
